Our service is available to Canadian veterinarians only, a valid veterinary license is required.

Before you can use our online customer portal, you must first register with us to open a BVR ONLINE ACCOUNT.

1. Please take a moment to enter your information below.
2. Once the form is submitted you will receive an email confirmation.
3. A customer representative will be in contact with you by email as soon as possible to verify your account request. Accounts can take up to 48 hours to verify (2 business days).
4. As soon as you are approved, you will receive a link in your email to activate your online user profile and create your password.
5. You will then be able to start ordering products online.

• An activation link will be emailed to you, and will match your existing business account. You will need to activate your online user profile and create your password.
